The company
Software products listed on this site — including Outfluencer — are owned and operated by Tekton Ventures LLC. Contracts and subscriptions are with Tekton Ventures LLC.
Product-specific terms
Individual products may have additional terms that control for that product. For Outfluencer, the binding product terms are on the Outfluencer site: outfluencer.com/terms.html (including platform risk, liability cap, indemnity, arbitration, and acceptable use). If those conflict with this page, the Outfluencer product terms control for Outfluencer.
Products & subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed via Stripe until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing support.
- Access ends when a subscription is no longer active.
Refunds & cancellations
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. Refund requests are handled case-by-case — email support@tekton.app.
Acceptable use
Don’t share license keys, abuse our APIs, or use our products for illegal purposes or in ways that violate third-party platform terms applicable to you (Instagram, TikTok, Apple, etc.).
Disclaimer & liability
Software is provided as-is. Results aren’t guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekton’s total liability for any claim related to this site or a product is limited to the fees you paid to Tekton for that product in the twelve months before the claim (or $100 if none). Product-specific terms may set additional limits and indemnities.
