Who we are

Tekton Ventures LLC (“Tekton,” “we”) builds and operates software products. Outfluencer is a product of Tekton Ventures LLC.

What we collect

• Billing: email and payment details processed by Stripe when you subscribe to a product.
• Product usage: license validations and API requests needed to run the product and prevent abuse.
• Product data: details vary by product. For Outfluencer, see the full notice at outfluencer.com/privacy.html (local Mac data, vision screenshots, cloud media, and optional server sync of creator/outreach metadata).

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal data. Product-specific details control where they are more specific than this page.

Processors

We use Stripe for payments and other vendors needed to run each product (for example vision inference and object storage for Outfluencer). Each processor has its own privacy policy.
